TRANSACTION DESCRIPTION

Sourced, structured and placed a first loss equity tranche for Jay Street to facilitate the drawdown of a pre-crisis revolving credit facility issued in 2006.  The capital was invested in a diversified portfolio of leveraged loans to generate superior risk adjusted returns through an attractive funding arbitrage.
